EN Native Conversion Copywriter

Lingokids mission is to help 100 million families around the world raise amazing children through playlearning™. To help us on this mission, we’re looking for an exceptional EN Native Conversion Copywriter that will be joining our Marketing Team.

The EN Native Conversion Copywriter will join the Marketing Creative Services Team. This is a fundamental role to us because your words will convince millions of parents to become our customers and take a chance on Lingokids. Working with and reporting to our Head of Brand and Creatives and ensuring that creative concepts, tactics, and copy tone are on brand and strategically sound.

• Collaborating with channel managers to align your copy ideas/suggestions with the roadmap.
• Working closely with our digital performance marketing team and Ad creative director to elicit the desired action to each of our marketing campaigns.
• Writing copy that attracts & converts our customers.
• Iterating your copy based on internal feedback, testing data, and campaign performance
• Getting people to act and seeing the results immediately.
• Hacking the messaging to find our strategic advantage.
• Using data to find out why your ideal customers click, sign-up and buy
• Ensure copy is delivered on time and in accordance with the brief criteria.
• Collaborating with non EN-native colleagues, submitting your original copy to them, providing them with a sufficient amount of context for them to localize your copy to their local audience.
• Collaborating with fellow copywriters (creative, brand, CRM, SEO, …) to ensure that all customer-facing copy is consistent across all company platforms.

Are you our EN Native Conversion Copywriter?

The ideal teammate for us would be someone with at least 5 years of experience in online conversion copywriting and you are passionate about bending words, phrases, and value propositions, focussing on achieving a single action.

English is your first language and you’re fluent in at least one other language.

You are not scared of thoroughly analyzing the results of your laser-focused messages and learn from them every day.

You combine your passion for writing with what you know about human decision-making and user experience.

You follow a scientific process to understand exactly what our customers want. No worries, our data team will help you with that, but we need you to have an impeccable eye for detail
